About Me

Hello, I'm Carol. I am so glad you are here. I founded Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions in Wells, Maine as a way for women to use yoga and Reiki to support their overall health and wellness. I believe in providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for women to identify what they need to feel their best and live their best lives. I serve as a navigation partner while allowing space and providing guidance to assist you in determining what feels right for you.
