Small Group Yoga

Small Group Yoga is a great way to enjoy the energy of practicing with others, guided by your teacher’s more focused attention in a small group setting to ensure your safety and well being.  Cornerstone yoga classes are 60 minutes in length and we limit class size to 8 students.  We offer standing weekly classes as well as 6 week series.  Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided - unless you prefer to bring your own.  See you on the mat!

A gentle Vinyasa yoga class designed to relieve tension and relax the mind and body.

Relax & Restore
Weekly class

Thursdays

6:00 PM

Restorative yoga is a slow moving, floor-based, restful practice using blankets, bolsters, and props to promote relaxation of the mind and body. Each pose is generally held for a longer duration, with a typical class consisting of up to 5 postures.

Strength & Stretch

Using a blend of yoga, pilates, and dance-based movements and principles, this one-hour class will help you to enhance your flexibility, strength and balance. Bring mats and hand-held weights.

Vinyasa Flow

Go With the Flow This class incorporates sequences to warm the body and flowing movements which focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with a period of relaxation.

6 Week Yoga Series

Yoga Basics
6 Week Series - Saturday Option

Saturdays 10am

For those new to yoga or coming back after an absence, this 6-week series focuses on proper alignment, form, and basic breath work. Each week, we will spend time breaking down each pose into specific components and identify variations to improve comfort. At the end of the series, we will move through the full sequence by combining the poses we have learned.

In case of a class cancelation, one make-up class will be offered on the Saturday following the end of the 6 week series at 10am.
