CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to take a moment to be sure you are aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation service fee of $25.  This helps our practitioners continue to support our clients with their time and energy at Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions.

 

SERVICE & LIABILITY POLICY: Services offered by Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions, LLC are complementary wellness services. Practitioners will not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe substances nor perform medical treatments nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Services offered by Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions, LLC do not take the place of medical care. Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions, LLC, and its Practitioners will not be liable for a client's medical, mental or emotional conditions before, during nor after services provided by Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions, LLC.

COVID POLICY:  Everyone entering Cornerstone Creative Wellness Solutions, LLC will be asked to wear a mask at all times while in the Studio and Treatment room. Staff will check your temperature upon arrival with a touchless temperature reader. If your temperature is 100 degrees or higher, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be rescheduled. If you have come into contact with anyone who has shown COVID symptoms, or you have experienced symptoms yourself within the last 14 days, do not schedule an in-person session until 14 days after exposure, and/or after the last day of experiencing symptoms yourself.​
