Carol Becker, RYT
Carol Becker is a 200hr RYT who received her certification from Well Heart Yoga in Falmouth, ME. She practices yoga regularly and is always seeking to learn and evolve as both a teacher and practitioner. Carol believes strongly in the benefits of a regular yoga practice for overall health and well-being. She believes that anyone can practice yoga and strives to make yoga available to anyone who wishes to learn. Carol is passionate about yoga’s ability to help us manage stress and heal from physical and emotional trauma. She has used her own yoga practice to improve her own well-being, as well as navigating through life transitions. Carol’s main goal when she is teaching yoga is for her students to feel safe, comfortable, empowered, confident, and at peace. Carol is also a level 3 Reiki practitioner.​
Laura Tewksbury, RYT
Laura has been teaching Jazzercise classes for twenty-two years and completed her 200-hour yoga training in 2020. She uses a blend of yoga, pilates, and dance-based movements and principles to help her yoga students enhance their flexibility, strength and balance. Her passion is to make exercise fun, safe and effective for people of all ages.
June Vail, RYT 200, MS. ED.
June Vail, RYT 200, MS.ED., lives in Saratoga Springs, NY and Wells, ME. After teaching reading for 22 years, she decided to merge her passion for health and fitness and her love of teaching. In 2016 she became an ACE certified personal trainer, and in 2018 she became a certified Silver Sneakers instructor. In January of 2019 she completed the Bhakti Marg 200
Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Mandali.
She saw first hand how transformative and healing yoga could be after her husband had a traumatic construction accident 16 years ago. As soon as he could walk, he went faithfully to yoga class and attributed much of his physical and mental recovery to yoga. She is eager to share how yoga not only enhances physical fitness, but also inspires growth and healing by reducing stress and cultivating mindfulness. She believes that yoga helps keep her strong and flexible so she can keep up with her three active grandsons.
Erin Collins Kimball
Wells native Erin Collins Kimball has been instructing fitness classes for over 15 years. She is professionally trained in a variety of classes including cardio, strength, yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Prenatal) and barre.
Erin enjoys the mind, body connection of yoga and encourages her students to find joy in movement. Her classes are alignment focused, light hearted and accessible to all levels.
Erin obtained her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification in South Portland, Maine. She continued her training in India at Kranti Yoga School, there she was classically trained in Ashtanga yoga completing her 500 hour certification.
When not teaching Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends. Currently she lives between Maine and South Carolina soaking up nature. She is blessed to be a Mom of a beautiful, energetic toddler.
Kristy Chandler
Kristy has a lifelong passion for dance. From tap and ballet as a child, drill team in high school, ballroom dancing with her husband, a Jazzercise student of over 15 years, and a Jazzercise instructor (now retired) for 5 years. In 2022, that enthusiasm for movement and wellness brought her back to the fitness world as a certified POP Pilates Instructor.
Kristy lives and works full time in Wells, ME. She shares her life and home with her husband, 2 dogs, and a parrot. Her free time is spent fostering puppies, practicing yoga, and reading.
