Small Group Yoga/Barre/Pilates is a great way to enjoy the energy of others while guided by your teacher’s more focused attention to ensure your safety and well being. Cornerstone classes are generally 60 minutes in length and we limit class size to 8 students. We offer standing weekly classes as well as 6 week series. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided - unless you prefer to bring your own. See you on the mat!

- Thursdays 6-7pm | $15Restorative yoga is a slow moving, floor-based, restful practice using blankets, bolsters, and props to promote relaxation of the mind and body. Each pose is generally held for a longer duration, with a typical class consisting of up to 5 postures. INSTRUCTOR: Carol Becker. $15 (60 minutes)
- Sun 9:30am & Wed 5:30pmPOP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. $15 (30 Mins)
- Time is TBDJoin us for a healing adventure into the world of chakras. In this small group workshop, we will learn about the chakras and how they affect our mind, body, spirit. We will explore the chakras through movement, yoga, and meditation, as well as journaling and supportive affirmations. Max 8 people.

Yoga Basics - Series 1

For those new to yoga or coming back after an absence, this 6-week series focuses on proper alignment, form, and basic breath work. Each week, we will spend time breaking down each pose into specific components and identify variations to improve comfort. At the end of the series, we will move through the full sequence by combining the poses we have learned.
INSTRUCTOR: Carol Becker

In case of a class cancelation, one make-up class will be offered on the Saturday following the end of the 6 week series at 10am.
