Restorative yoga is a slow moving, floor-based, restful practice using blankets, bolsters, and props to promote relaxation of the mind and body. Each pose is generally held for a longer duration, with a typical class consisting of up to 5 postures.

Using a blend of yoga, pilates, and dance-based movements and principles, this one-hour class will help you to enhance your flexibility, strength and balance. Bring mats and hand-held weights.

Go With the Flow This class incorporates sequences to warm the body and flowing movements which focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with a period of relaxation.

POP Pilates®

POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before. While most POP Pilates® moves originate from classical Pilates; the class design, relationship with music, sequencing and reps, differ from traditional mat classes. Be prepared to experience Pilates in a whole new way.

 

Current class offering is a 30-minute express class.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow intentional vinyasa Flow. Focusing on breath, alignment and strength. Combining standing poses (asanas) with seated poses and stretching to increase flexibility. This is an all levels class.
